IndexPedia
How it works

Find what keeps you out. Fix it. Track the change.

After five minutes of setup, IndexPedia works on its own for Google, Bing and AI assistants. It sends and checks every page, explains what it finds and fixes what it can.

Four steps to your first report

Add your site

Type your domain. IndexPedia finds your sitemap automatically.

Upload one key file

A tiny text file proves the site is yours and unlocks IndexNow.

Get your report

IndexPedia sends your pages to IndexNow, audits them and gives you a fix for every problem.

It keeps running

It runs daily on Pro and weekly on Free, sending new pages and checking old ones again.

One platform: find, fix, track

Customers now look for businesses in two places: search results and the answers AI assistants write. IndexPedia works on both. It finds what keeps your pages or your business out, fixes what can be fixed and tracks whether things improve.

Most tools stop after the first step and hand you a list. IndexPedia also writes the fixes, applies them where it can and keeps checking, so you can see whether a change worked.

  • Find: site scans, Google indexing data, AI crawler access and AI answer checks
  • Fix: Fix Kit files, Auto-fix on live pages and IndexNow submissions
  • Track: AI crawler visits, AI referrals, weekly AI answers and run history

Setting up takes about five minutes

Create a free account and add your site. IndexPedia reads your sitemap address automatically. Then upload one small key file to your site to prove it's yours. IndexNow uses the same file. Press Verify and the first run starts straight away.

Two optional steps add more. Connecting Google Search Console shows Google's own status for each page, and adding the tracking snippet records AI crawler visits and lets Auto-fix apply changes.

What happens on every run

Every verified site goes through the same cycle automatically, weekly on the free plan and daily on Pro and Agency.

  • Read the sitemap: every sitemap file is opened and every address saved with its last-changed date
  • Send new and changed pages to IndexNow, in batches of up to 10,000
  • Check pages one at a time for the problems that stop indexing, oldest checks first
  • Read Google's status for your pages when Search Console is connected (Pro and Agency)
  • Test AI crawler access again every week, so a new firewall rule or plugin cannot block AI tools unnoticed
  • Propose fixes for titles, descriptions and schema, ready for you to approve
  • Group results by problem, with counts, example pages and the fix for each

How each search engine and AI tool is handled

Bing, Yandex, Naver, Seznam and Yep accept IndexNow, so new pages are sent to them directly and are usually crawled within hours. Bing's index also feeds Microsoft Copilot and is one of the sources behind ChatGPT search.

Google does not use IndexNow and decides on its own schedule. For Google, IndexPedia removes what blocks indexing, keeps your sitemap clean and shows Google's own verdict for each page.

With AI assistants, IndexPedia works from both sides. It makes sure their crawlers can read your pages, and it asks them the questions your customers ask to see whether they name you.

What IndexPedia does not do

Some promises in this industry aren't honest. We don't guarantee indexing, rankings or AI recommendations, because search engines and AI assistants make those decisions. We don't buy links, generate fake traffic or use any trick that breaks search engine rules, and we never change your site without your approval.

Key terms

Run
One full pass of the cycle for one site: sitemap, submissions, page checks, Google data and reports.
Key file
A small text file on your site that proves you own it. IndexNow requires it too.
Snippet
A few lines of code added to your site once, used to record AI crawler visits and apply approved fixes.

How it works: questions

How long until I see results?

The first report appears within minutes of verifying your site. IndexNow engines usually crawl new pages within hours. Google and AI assistants are slower, and fixes can take days to weeks to show up in their results. That's why IndexPedia keeps tracking.

Do I need to install anything?

Only the key file, which is a plain text file you upload once. The tracking snippet and Search Console connection are optional and add crawler tracking, Auto-fix and Google's own data.

How often does IndexPedia check my site?

Weekly on the free plan and daily on Pro and Agency. AI crawler access is tested again every week on every plan, and once the snippet is installed, crawler visits are recorded all the time.

Will IndexPedia slow down my website?

No. Pages are checked one at a time with a pause between them, and the tracking snippet reports visits only after your page has been sent.
