Auto-fix

We find it, we fix it, you see Google take it

Most SEO tools hand you a list of problems and stop there. IndexPedia writes the fix from your own page, shows it to you side by side, puts it live when you press Save, and then shows you the day Google saw it.

Nothing live without youUndo any timeProof from Google
GoogleBingChatGPTPerplexityGeminiTitle too long, description missingFixed live, no code changed
On your live page, a title that is too long gets rewritten and the missing description gets filled in. Google, Bing and AI tools then read the fixed version, and you don't change any code.

Title too long · 9 of 30 pages

Cut off in Google results. Fixes ready.

Example data for a made-up business. Your report uses your own site.

What you get

Titles and descriptions

Rewritten from the words already on your page. Nothing made up.

What keeps pages out of Google

A "don't index me" tag, a page that names another page as the main one, a page nothing links to: each one fixed with a button.

Side by side, then Save

The original and the fixed page next to each other, with a green check when it is safe.

Save all the green ones

Every page with all checks green goes live in one click. Anything yellow waits for you.

Proof per page

Fixed, then "Google saw it", then "In Google", then how often it shows in search.

One-click undo

Switch a fix off and the page goes back to how it was within 5 minutes.

How Auto-fix works

You add one small snippet to your site once. After that, IndexPedia can apply approved fixes to your pages as they are served: shorter titles, new meta descriptions and structured data. Your files and database are not changed, and switching a fix off restores the original at once.

  • Titles over the length search engines show are shortened, keeping your brand
  • Pages with no meta description get one written from the page itself
  • Schema markup is added where it is missing
  • Every fix waits for your approval, and you can edit it first

Why titles and descriptions matter

The title and description are what people see in search results and what AI tools often read first. A title cut off in the middle, or a description Google has to make up from random text on the page, means fewer clicks even when you rank.

Safe by design

Auto-fix only changes the parts it is told to change, only on pages you approve, and checks that the snippet is installed before it reports anything as live.

Key terms

Title tag
The page title shown in search results and browser tabs.
Snippet
A small piece of code added to your site once, here used to apply approved fixes.

Today: a list of problems. With IndexPedia: the fix

A cut-off title, a page Google was told to skip, a page nothing links to. IndexPedia writes the change for each one from your own site, and you approve it.

  • Written from your page
  • Reviewed by you

Then the green signal from Google

A fix only counts once Google has seen it. Each page shows the day Google came by after the fix, whether it is in Google now, and the searches it has shown up in since.

  • Google saw it
  • In Google
  • Shown in search

Auto-fix: frequently asked questions

What is Auto-fix?

Auto-fix finds what holds a page back in Google and writes the fix from the page itself: a better title and description, taking off a tag that tells Google to skip the page, making a page name itself as its main address, or adding links from pages Google already knows. You check each page side by side and press Save. Then each page shows the day Google saw the fix.

Which plan includes Auto-fix?

Auto-fix is part of the Pro plan, which is $19 a month for up to 5 sites with daily checks, and the Agency plan, which is $49 a month for up to 25 sites.

Does Auto-fix change my files or database?

No. Your files and your database are not touched. The fix is applied to the page as it is sent to the visitor, and switching a fix off returns the original immediately.

Which fixes can Auto-fix apply?

Titles and meta descriptions, business schema, the noindex tag (taken off pages that should be in Google), the canonical tag (so a page names itself as the main address), and a short "Related pages" list of links on pages Google already has. Page text that needs your own words, like thin pages, is listed as a to-do instead. Every fix is shown to you first, and you can edit it before saving.
